The 10 AI employees
you should have
on autopilot.

{ten jobs that get done without you - and the order to recruit them in}

Quick thing, because this is the bit people miss. You have probably got a bot or two you go and ask for things - a caption bestie, a sales page helper. Those are brilliant and I love them, and they work every time you turn up.

This is the next bit. These ones work when you do not turn up. End to end, on a schedule, while you are asleep or on a plane or having an actual weekend. Nobody asks them. They just go.

That is the dream, and that is what this planner is for 💛

Carinda Goslinglet's plan your team x

I did a recent count of what AI has now officially taken off my plate, and we are at 50 hours a month minimum. And that is JUST the admin - before we even get to the work that was not getting done at all before, that now happens without me touching it.

But here is the bit that genuinely EXCITES me. This is not just saving me time. It is actively making me money.

Because I am not just training it on bells and whistles and fancy dashboards {and don't get me wrong, I have dashboards and I love them, but that is not where the profit comes from}. I am literally training it from my business brain to do the things that I know need to be done to make sales, revenue and scale.

  • My ads have scaled while I was not even in the country.
  • A brand new offer got built off one voice note while I was travelling, and it made an extra five figures in my first week back.
  • And things get followed up now that used to fall off if I did not get to them quick enough, like enquiries for offers sitting in my inbox.

So this is the list. Ten jobs in your business that could be getting done without you, what each one should be promising you, and the order I would recruit them in if I was starting again tomorrow.

Before you start

This matters more than the list does.

Do not go and try to build all of them, please. 'Cause I know what happens when we get excited. We start six things, we finish none of them, and then we feel worse than we did before we started.

So this planner has ONE job. To help you find the one you start with.

Work through the ten. Tick the ones that make you go “oh, that one. That is my one.” Answer the little question under each one as well - they are quick, and they are the bit that shows you which one your business is actually asking for right now. Then use the order at the back to choose.

And if you are someone who is a bit terrified of the words AI agents, they do not need to be scary at all. You just need someone to show you how to do it right, how to make it safe, and how to make them sound and act like you 💛

1

Your secretary

{also called: your chief of day, your executive assistant, your morning routine}

The promise: You feel on top of things from the minute you start your day.

What it takes off you: Knowing what needs you today, chasing your own deadlines, and carrying tomorrow's list around in your head all evening.

What to feed it: Your calendar, your inbox, whatever your business runs on, and your three non-negotiables {mine are my marketing, my offers, and me}.

How you will know it is working: Something is sitting in the back of your mind, and it turns up on your list before you have to remember it.

☐ Is this my one?

What is the thing you have moved to tomorrow's list four days running?

2

Your chief of inbox

{also called: your email maestro}

The promise: You open your laptop and it is already handled.

What it takes off you: The sorting, the drafting, and opening your inbox before you have even had a decent start to your day.

What to feed it: The emails you have already sent {your real replies are the training}, and what counts as urgent in your world.

How you will know it is working: You see nothing urgent on your daily list, and you genuinely do not have to open your inbox.

From me: Mine drafts. It does not send. The replies sit there written in my words, and I press go.

☐ Is this my one?

What are the five emails you answer over and over and over?

3

Your chief of soul

{also called: your soul keeper, your soul seeds harvester}

The promise: It finally sounds like you.

What it takes off you: The endless rewriting, and re-explaining yourself to your AI every single time.

What to feed it: Every coaching call, every masterclass, every podcast, every soulful email you send. Anything worthy of being remembered.

How you will know it is working: Your stuff comes back to you 90% of the way there, and you are only adding the sprinkle.

From me: Why this one goes early: it matters to build this early, and build it well, because everything you build after it inherits it. And everything you built before it, you will end up going back and redoing. This one is my superpower, and honestly, I do not hear anyone else talking about it at all.

☐ Is this my one?

Where is your best thinking sitting right now, unbanked?

4

Your scout

The promise: You stop feeling behind in your industry.

What it takes off you: The scrolling, and sitting down to a blank page.

What to feed it: The accounts and the platforms you actually care about, and what “worth telling me” means to you.

How you will know it is working: It turns up in the morning with here is what changed, here is what is working, here is what you might want to say something about.

☐ Is this my one?

What do you go and check manually every single week?

5

Your content machine

The promise: Your week of content is written before Monday.

What it takes off you: The blank caption box, and the Sunday night dread that comes with it.

What to feed it: Your business, your person, your voice and soul {see number 3}, and what is actually working right now {see number 4}.

How you will know it is working: You are doing the sprinkle, not the slog.

☐ Is this my one?

How many hours a week does your content REALLY take you?

6

Your designer

The promise: It is designed, not just written.

What it takes off you: The bit where the caption is done and the post still does not exist.

What to feed it: Your fonts, your colours, what good actually looks like to you, and the templates you already love.

How you will know it is working: Things go out. Because the slides are made.

☐ Is this my one?

What is sitting in your drafts right now, written but never made?

7

Your repurposer

The promise: One thing you make becomes ten.

What it takes off you: Everything brilliant you made once that nobody has seen since.

What to feed it: The thing you make regularly {your podcast, your newsletter, your lives}, and what good repurposing looks like in your business.

How you will know it is working: Old work starts earning again, without you touching it.

☐ Is this my one?

What did you make months ago that deserved so much more?

8

Your website wizard

{also called: your sales extraordinaire}

The promise: Your pages stop guessing.

What it takes off you: Pulling the analytics, working out the conversion rate, reviewing the page, making the changes, then doing it all again to see if it even helped.

What to feed it: Your analytics, your offers, and the changes you have already made, so it knows what has been tried.

How you will know it is working: It tells you the conversion rate moved, and which line moved it.

☐ Is this my one?

When did you last actually look at what your sales page did?

9

Your ads overlord

The promise: Your ads get watched every single day.

What it takes off you: Opening Ads Manager with your heart in your throat.

What to feed it: How YOU assess an ad {your numbers, not the internet's}, your offers, and your ideal client.

How you will know it is working: You know what to kill and what to scale before you have opened anything.

From me: It does not touch a dollar. It does the watching and the thinking and the drafting, and I make the call.

☐ Is this my one?

What do you check in your ad account, and how often, really?

10

Your offer officers

The promise: The people who already paid you do not fall through the cracks.

What it takes off you: The onboarding, the portal, the renewals, uploading the lessons, updating the course area, the follow up window that quietly expires, checking your inventory.

What to feed it: What happens after somebody buys from you, step by step, including the bits you always forget.

How you will know it is working: Renewals get followed up. Onboarding actually happens. People stay.

From me: This one looks like admin and it absolutely is not. Renewals that get followed up get renewed. Onboarding that actually happens makes people stay. That is retention, and retention is revenue, full stop.

☐ Is this my one?

What happens after someone pays you that ONLY you currently do?

And then, last

Your chief of staff.

{the one everybody wants the most, and the one you build last}

A chief of staff is a manager, and it goes without saying that you need staff to begin with. Build this one first and all you have done is hire somebody to stand in an empty room and supervise nobody.

What it actually does, once there IS a team: checks what everybody else did overnight, makes sure the quality is right, catches the things that slipped so nothing quietly falls off without you noticing, and hands you one page in the morning that says here is what is done, and here is what needs you today.

The order

The order I would recruit them in.

  • Start with your admin. Number 1 or number 2. It is the fastest win you will ever get, and the first time you feel it, everything else on this list stops sounding like a sci-fi novel and starts sounding like next week.
  • Then number 3, your chief of soul. Early. So that everything you build after it inherits your voice, instead of you going back and redoing the lot.
  • Then whichever of 4 to 10 you ticked the hardest. Not all of them. THE one.
  • Your chief of staff comes last. Build the staff first.

Then build it, watch it, trust it, and come back and get the next one.

Or would you rather I just gave them to you?

I am handing mine over.

That is the bit I am working on right now. Not just showing you how to build these - actually handing you mine. The ones running my business right now. You take them, we tweak them so they sound like you and work the way you work, and I will show you exactly how to do that too 🤖

It goes to my email list first, before anywhere else - and grabbing this planner has put you on it, so you are already sorted. {If you have ever unsubscribed from me, or you are just not sure, pop yourself back on so you do not miss it.}

👉 Make sure I am on the list

No one is behind. But you could be propelled.
