Since 2020, I have sold over 60,000 low-ticket digital products, and I want you to really hear that number, not because I want to impress you, but because over that time, you could imagine I have learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. And in this episode, I am sharing my key takeaways with you because I know the impact low-ticket offers, the trust, the automated income, the leads, the impact brings on business and life, and I want everyone to harness this. And I also want you to know this is not a story about something I did once and now talk about. Right now, in the last few months, my newest low-ticket offer has already crossed 1,000 sales. Right now, my students are selling thousands of their own digital products every single month, products that are filling their lists and leading their dream clients straight into their bigger programs. This is what I have learned and also what is working right now, and now I am spilling the insights to you As a female online business owner with dreams of more income, more impact, and more freedom, you know there’s more potential in your business waiting to be unlocked. But figuring out how to shape and transform your biz and get seen, loved, selling, and scaling can feel like, well, a mystery. So how do you cut through the noise, create offers that deeply resonate, sell and scale without you always being on, all while creating a life you love? That is exactly what this show is about. Welcome to Seen, Loved, Selling, Scale. I’m Carinda, your small biz marketing sidekick, digital offer strategist, and online biz bestie. With tens of thousands of digital offers sold, tens of thousands of people helped, and millions of dollars in revenue generated in my own business as a small business owner, and through this podcast, I am here to share it all. You’ll gain clear, actionable insights, strategies, and shortcuts to master your online marketing, build scalable online offers, and create a business model that works for you as much as it works for your people so you can grow your income, amplify your impact, and free up more of your time. Let’s get started Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to chit-chat today as we are talking about low-ticket digital offers, which is one of my all-time favorite topics. Why? Because it is the one that has most changed my business, my income, my lifestyle, and genuinely my life And the one I have also passed on to so many others now to do the same in theirs. If I had to pick a single cheat code in business, well, this would be fighting it out for top spot. And before I get into the lessons, I want to set the scene a little because when I say 60,000 low-ticket digital products sold, I think that can sound like a number that feels far away or out of reach. And I really want you to understand how it actually happened because it is deeply relevant to everything I am about to share. This started in 2020. One product, Complete Content 24/7. That product started at $26. It has now made over a million dollars in direct sales. Not the funnel, not in any upsell sales. That one low-ticket offer made $1 million itself, and from there I kept building. I have made multiple low-ticket offers. By that I mean offers under 50 US dollars. And because of that, and working out what I will share in this episode, even more of those offers than just this one have been huge successes. I have had multiple six-figure low-ticket digital products now. But I also want you to know this is not just something that lives in my past. It is alive right now.The newest offer I launched a few months ago has already crossed 1,000 sales and generated over $50,000 in funnel revenue, about $30,000 on its own, and I am only just getting started with that one. So when I say I have done this, I mean I am still doing this while I sleep, while I exercise, while I holiday, while I serve in other ways, while I build other things and live my actual life, and my students are doing it too.In just the last six months, I have watched people in the parenting niche, the physio niche, the marketing niche, the photography niche, the nutrition niche, the AI niche, and the list goes on, in both business to consumer and business to business, all create low-ticket offers that are now generating sales while they are offline. So if you have ever thought this only works for people who teach business stuff, I want you to hear that that is just not true. But the idea that annoys the heck out of me that I see online is that a low-ticket offer will just succeed if you pick something small or open Canva and make an e-book, and then poof, it exists in your world and will just start selling hundreds per month. That is not how it works, but when you know how it does, well, it changes everything. And since I have figured that out and helped hundreds of others figure it out, I am spilling the tea so you can hear the real lessons that made this really work too. So let’s get into it, and we are starting with number one so we can end this debate right here.Lesson one, you are not choosing between low ticket or high ticket. It is one leading to the other. So I want to start here because I think this is the most important thing I can say on this entire topic And the one that always seems to be the most unnecessary debate online, should you do high or low ticket? And my answer, just do both. Low-ticket offers can absolutely exist on their own. They are their own income stream with their own profit. They do not have to be a stepping stone to something else if you do not want them to be. But here is what I want you to understand. When you set them up with intention, they do not compete with your high ticket. They do not pull people away from your bigger programs. They do the exact opposite. Let me give you the most concrete data point I have on this. When I open the Content Mastery Club, my membership, I hit my sales goals every single time, and on average, 50 to 55% of the people who sign up have had a low-ticket offer from me before they walk through the door, especially the VIP signups. The people who dive in as a complete no-brainer from the moment doors open, those people almost always already have a low-ticket product from me in their hands. And the people who don’t, they still sign up because launching works. Hear me loud and clear on that. But they need more from me during the launch, more touch points, more trust being built in real time because they haven’t had the shortcut that the low-ticket product gives them. They haven’t been inside my world and experienced what I deliver. And on the higher end, I had someone come into my world from a $27 product And then she bought $20,000 of high touch one-to-one coaching from me within the week. She told me herself she had stalked my Instagram, been through my emails, gone deep on my website, and then she got into that $27 product and experienced the level of depth and support I bring even to that, my vibe, my communication style, and she was sold.No sales call, nothing. The product did the convincing. That is the trust bridge so many businesses are missing. Not a sales call, not a long nurture sequence, not a launch. The product itself doing the job of proving you before someone has to take a big financial risk. And once you understand that, the whole model clicks into place differently. But the real power, and where I see people leave money on the table, is not just having the low-ticket product and hoping people naturally find their way to the next thing. Yes, people slide into my DMs asking about my programs at least two to three times a week from people who started with a low-ticket offer. That happens, and it is beautiful. But the true power is in what I call a people and profit pathway, where you intentionally show people the next step and actually lead them there. Because that bridge is one that will build your business with a level of seamlessness and ease you cannot even imagine. So it’s time to end this debate once and for all, and for you to truly know that a low-ticket offer has the biggest impact on its own and the biggest impact on your bigger offers, too.But in order to do this, of course, you have to have the right low-ticket offer to start with. Which leads us to lesson two. Not every product works just because it’s cheap. But there’s a method to finding the right one. Okay, so as I mentioned, I have multiple six-figure low-ticket products and a product that has hit seven figures on its own.I also just launched an offer that crossed 1,000 sales and $50,000 in funnel revenue in months. And I have these because of one reason. I know how to make products that sell instantly to a cold audience that are aligned with a need in their life so well that they cannot help but buy. But I also have these winning offers as I worked out the method for this. And that also meant that in the early days, I also had some products that did not sell at all. I put things out and could not figure out why they were not landing when I genuinely thought they were good ideas. I had to go back, work behind the scenes, and keep refining until I cracked the code. And it’s what led me to realizing what does work and what doesn’t and the reason behind that. And I now pass that code on, and I see the impact of it every day, not only in my own biz, but also watching my students make the right product, too, as this works across all niches. And it all comes back to one belief that is foundational to how I think about digital offers. And that is this, your low-ticket offer needs to be the glass of water, not the cure for dehydration. Here is what I mean. As experts in what we do, we know the deep cure. We know the whole thing, the root cause, the full transformation, the A to Z of what our people actually need. But your cold audience, the person seeing you for the first time through an ad or a piece of content, they are not there yet. They are not thinking in those terms at all. They are sitting on the floor at 11 o’clock at night. They are eating ice cream out of a container, and they are thinking something like, “Ugh, that hard or sucky thing happened again today,” or say, or, “I did not get that thing done again.” And then they are saying, “I just wish I had something to help me get that sorted for tomorrow,” or, “I just really need something to make this one specific thing easier.”They are experiencing thirst and saying, “My throat hurts. I wish I had a glass of water.” Not, “My cells are depleted. I wish I had the cure for dehydration.” And they are right. They do need a glass of water. But we try sell them the cure for dehydration first, and that flops because it does not meet them at the level they are at when scrolling socials. That specific, that front of mind, that immediate issue on their mind. What works in every product I have seen is meeting them exactly where they are. Going to them and saying, “Hey, is your mouth dry? Do you have a headache? Is that making you irritable? And you snapped at little Johnny, and you feel bad?” And they go, “Oh my gosh, yes.How did you know?” And you say, “Um, here is a glass of water to help right now as your first step.” And it is your glass of water made your way with your method, your voice, your secret sauce, your special cup and special well you tapped and special pH balance. The perfect temp you both agree is right. So it is not like anyone else’s.And they buy it, and they love it, and they feel better. And that is when they go, “Wait, I experience this often,” or, “I also have these other things going on. Can you help me more?” And then you can explain your cure for dehydration. That is the whole mechanism. The glass of water gives them the quick win, and the quick win builds the trust that takes them to the next thing And here is what I love most about this. You do not have to guess what your glass of water should be. You do not have to sit there and think up the right idea. There is a process I teach where you go looking for this information, either where your people are already talking online or by asking them directly what their front of mind problems are.And the answer is already there. You just have to go find it, because when you solve the thing they are literally saying, “I wish I had a glass of water” about, that is when you win. And if you want my support to work through that process and build this properly in your business and to sell it and to scale it, that is exactly what we do inside the Scalable Business School. The link is in the show notes for that, because helping with this is one of my life’s missions, as is then connecting this to other incredible offers in your world too, so you can experience the uncapped income and impact of a scalable, automated business while your people can access your amazingness too.But whatever you do, don’t make something you think they need, AKA the dehydration cure, and try shove it down their throats. Start with the cool, crisp, very necessary, but very clearly desired glass of water first, then lead them from there. And then when you have that right product, this is the lesson I need to scream from the rooftops, and that is lesson three. If you have the right product, do not give up until you have the right positioning. This one is huge, and I genuinely believe if I had not learnt this and stuck with it, I would not have made multiple seven figures from digital products. Because once you have the right product, your job becomes making sure you are talking about it right. That is the positioning. And so many people make these products, put them out there, know deep down it is the right thing, and then sales struggle, and they give up or they change the product when actually the product is fine. The problem is the words wrapped around it. Here is what I mean. For a cold audience to buy, they need to land on your sales page and immediately connect this product to the problem they know they have. They need to see why you specifically are the person they want to help them, and they need to feel like it is safe to buy from someone they do not know yet. If your page is not doing all three of those things, sales will struggle no matter how good the product actually is. I had someone come to me who was running ads to her product and barely breaking even.I looked at what she had, and I knew this is genuinely the right thing for her audience. The product was solid. But her sales page was not set up the way a cold buyer needed to see it. We repositioned it, changed the page, and her sales jumped to three times what she had been making for every dollar she put in And kept climbing. But here is the honest truth. Sometimes it takes more than one page change, two, three, sometimes more iterations before you find the exact combination that unlocks it, and that is okay. It’s completely normal. And when you have the right tools, for example, I have AI trained to rewrite my and my students’ sales pages so that part is quick, or tools to tell us what to change, it’s so easy, and again, normal.I cannot stress that enough. But I see people give up before they get there. I think sometimes people just do not have anyone telling them, “This is normal. Keep going. Look at the data and adjust. Do not walk away.” I use Hotjar for this. It is a heat mapping tool where I can see on my pages and my students’ pages, because I get them to send me their Hotjar screenshots and I audit those with them, exactly where people are leaving, how far they scroll, where they drop off, and then we rewrite to that data.It is not guesswork. You have the data right in front of you telling you exactly where to go back in. So if you have a product you know in your gut is right and the sales are not there yet, do not change the product. Look at the page, look at the words, and keep going. And here is the other thing we need to normalize too so you can truly succeed with this And it’s lesson four, stop taking for granted knowledge you have that someone would genuinely pay for. This one is close to my heart because it almost stopped me from creating the product that made a million dollars. And I think that we all need someone telling us that the things we think are easy might be the most valuable thing right now to someone else. That what is simple to you as an expert might be the exact solution someone else is desperately looking for.And we do this thing, I see it constantly and I have absolutely done it myself, where we look at what we know and we think, “Oh, but that is too simple,” or, “That is too obvious,” or, “There is already something like that out there.” With Complete Content 24/7, part of me thought, “Is this too basic?” And then another part of me also thought, “Is there even space for this?Other people already have low-ticket content offers out there.” And the answer was a million dollars in direct sales because it wasn’t too simple. I was taking my knowledge for granted. And no, it wasn’t too crowded in the marketplace because people connected with my positioning, my method more than anyone else’s, and the way I listened to them so deeply and solved this problem in a way that spoke to them more than the other offers on the market. So knowledge you are sitting on, the thing you could do in your sleep, the thing that feels like just common sense to you, that is often exactly what someone else is searching for. So please stop judging your own knowledge. Stop deciding for your ideal client what is too simple or not worth packaging up.And stop thinking that because something similar exists out there, there is no room for you. And now the next thing you need to stop thinking, as I know this one crosses people’s minds and I learned this lesson the hard way. Lesson five, the too busy trap is the exact moment you need to start. So this one is really personal to me because it comes from my own story, and it is the lesson I most wish someone had sat me down and told me before I had to learn it the hard way. When I was in my old version of This Is Co, my service-based business, I was working six days a week. I had a full client load. I was delivering for everyone, showing up for everyone, and somewhere in the margins of all of that, I was also trying to figure out how to grow. And what I was doing, and I really want you to sit with this for a second because I wonder if you recognize yourself in it, was I was tweaking my packages, reviewing my pricing, looking at my deliverables, thinking, “If I just restructure this, if I price this differently, if I get a VA in for the backend stuff, then I will get my time back, then I will uncap my income, then things will feel easier.”I kept spinning in that, months of it. And here is what I know now that I did not know then. The answer was never in tweaking the one-to-one work. It was in building a low-ticket offer instead. Because what I eventually did when I was already running at full capacity, already stretched, was I started building in the background, not in a big sprint, chip by chip, little pieces carved out from the edges of a very full schedule over a few months, and it was worth it.Every bit of time I put into it came back to me multiplied, because once that product was live, it started doing work I was no longer doing, making sales while I was with clients, while I was sleeping, while I was finally, for the first time in a long time, actually taking a breath And now I try to tell people before they get to where I was because I see it happening.I see people getting busier and busier spinning in the one-to-one work trying to make it work differently when what they actually need is to step outside of that model and start building something that does not require their time to make money. And the reason low-ticket offers specifically are the thing to build when you are busy, more than any other scalable offer type, is because they are the smallest. They take the least time to create. You can get to market faster with a low-ticket product than with anything else. You do not need a launch runway. You do not need a wait list. You do not need a webinar or a live event. You can have it up and running with ads behind it from day one making sales while you are still doing everything else. And then what starts to happen, what happened for me, is that income stream gives you choices. It gives you the breathing room to start dropping back on the one-to-one work to wrap up retainers and not replace them, to put that time back into building the next scalable thing instead. It is not an overnight flip.It took me a few months to build it and a few more months for it to really compound, but it was the thing that changed everything. So if you are sitting there right now, genuinely too busy, genuinely stretched, genuinely trying to figure out how to get your time back, that feeling is not a reason to wait. That is the signal to start because the way to get less busy is to build the thing that buys your time back. And for most people, that thing is this. And now that you know you can and should create an offer, here’s the lesson to make sure you actually get it out there, and that is in lesson six. The product does not have to be perfect.Just offer the damn thing, then build it out more in the future. This one removes what I think is one of the biggest blockers I see stop people from actually getting something into the world. The concept is called a minimum viable product, an MVP And what it means is simple. Instead of waiting until you have the full polished bells and whistles version of your offer, you put out the smallest version that still genuinely solves the problem, and you let the market tell you what to do next.So let’s say you have an idea for a $37 or $47 product. Great, but you are not quite there with the whole thing yet. You have got the core of it, the bit that actually solves the problem, but not all the extras you imagined around it. What do you do? You put it out at $22 or $27, you call it done, and you see what happens. You get the sales signals, you get the confidence, you get real people going through it and telling you what they loved and what they want more of. And then with all of that in your hands, you build the rest. You optimize the page. You adjust the price as the product grows. You add the pieces you know they want next. This is what I do with every single product I make now. Every one. I do not wait until it is perfect. I do not add the one more thing, record the one more lesson, tweak the one more module. My whole approach is get the minimum viable product out there, see how the market reacts, see how it sells, and then optimize from there. And it is the most freeing thing because it also means I never get stuck in plan-crastinating, that thing where we are endlessly planning and perfecting when really what is happening is we are just not shipping. The people who make the most from low ticket offers are not the ones who waited the longest to get it right. They are the ones who got something good out there and then made it better in real time with real buyers, with real data. That is the whole game. And before we wrap this up, I know I said six lessons, but I also want to leave you with this last love note from me to you as well And that is that I hope I showed you some lessons today and removed some blocks. But in case you need those final blocks removed too, hear me loud and clear. Those other things in your head right now, you do not need the things you think you need. Pinky promise. Please stop holding your potential back. You do not need an audience. These sell via cold ads to people who have never heard of you in their lives. That is literally the model. I had, like, 200 people on my email list and a recycled Instagram account when my first offer went live. I have helped students scale to $4,000 profit weeks without posting on their Instagram at all. You do not need the perfect setup, some fancy equipment, a professionally designed video backdrop.I recorded my first product at a chipped-up Ikea desk with a $5 discount store picture in the background, a doona over my desk for soundproofing, and a $50 webcam. No professional lighting, no tech knowledge, no video editor, nothing. Genuinely no real idea of what I was doing at the time. I figured it out along the way, and that product made a million dollars. The things you are telling yourself just overcomplicate something that is so within your reach. What matters is you make the right product, talk about it right, get the right traffic to it with ads, and then move those people into your world. So those are your six-and-a-bit lessons, and the only thing left to do now is actually start. And again, if you want my direct support with this in my high-touch coaching program where I will give you my every method, my every template, my every insight, all in a step-by-step pathway.
